Race Details
Locations: Both events, as well as the Race for the Rivers Festival, will be headquartered at Frontier Park in St. Charles, Missouri. Frontier Park is located just North of I-70 in downtown St. Charles.
Dates/Times: The race weekend is August 23 and 24, 2008. Both races begin at 9:00 AM on Saturday, August 23 (although in different locations). The Race for the Rivers Festival will run from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Frontier Park.
Lodging: The Greenway Network has arranged for special lodging rates in St. Charles. There are also a number of fine local restaurants and bars for dining. Check back for more specific information.
Equipment: For entrants without access to their own canoe or kayak, paddling equipment will be available on a first come/first serve basis from Twin Rivers Canoe Rental. Please notify us upon registration if you will need access to equipment. Update: We're sorry but the equipment availability limit for this year has been met.

Need a ride? A 5:00 pm shuttle will be available for a small fee from Frontier Park to the starting points at Weldon Spring and Washington. To register for the shuttle, please make a $10 donation on the general pledge/donate page.
