The Rides

New to the R4R fold this year, Ride for the Rivers offers participants a whole new way to celebrate the Race for the Rivers Festival and support clean water education, restoration and recreation! Sponsored by Trailnet, the ride begins and ends at the Festival grounds in Frontier Park and runs along the new extension of the Katy Trail. Riders can register for a 5 or 25 mile looped route.

Bike safety checks and helmet fittings will be available to all participants.

A one year membership to Greenway Network, Inc will be given to all registrants.

Registration begins at 9 am on the North side of the Pavilion in Frontier Park.

The group ride will leave at 10 am.

Rolling registration will continue until noon.

Registration and participation in the ride are free and open to all.

Riders are encouraged to participate in the voluntary pledge drive to support Greenway Network's clean water education, restoration, research and recreation projects.  The first 50 individuals or teams to raise $25 will be given an official Race for the Rivers T-shirts.
