Back again this year, Ride for the Rivers offers participants yet another way to celebrate the Race for the Rivers Festival and support clean water education, restoration and recreation! The 35 mile route begins in Washington, MO and ends in Frontier Park.
Please be sure to check out at the Greenway Network booth as soon as you return so we can notify SAG support as soon as the trail is clear.
You will get your official ride sticker. A one year membership to Greenway Network, Inc will be given to all registrants.
35 Mile Ride - Letter to 35 mile Rider
Start: Registration begins at 8 am in Washington, MO
Minimum Pledge: $15 per rider
The 35 mile ride will start when we launch the boats in Washington. You will ride as a group, with escort, from the ramp across the bridge and to the Katy Trail. Once you reach the trail you will be free to ride at your own pace.
For All Rides, please:
- helmets must be worn at all times.
- bring sufficient water. There will be water/gatorade stops along the way.
- wear sunscreen.
- dress for the weather.
- wear close toed shoes.
Shuttle Service: The Shuttle is OPEN again for the AFTERNOON shuttle only.
There will be shuttle service available from the Bishop's Landing/Boat House parking lot in St Charles to Washington with a stop at the Weldon Spring boat ramp. The first run will leave at 7:30 am. The second run will leave at 3:00 pm. Fee for this shuttle is $10.00 . You must register here in order to ride the shuttle. Space is very limited so there will very likely be no room for walk-ups. Seats will be assigned on a first paid/first served basis. The shuttle can carry your bicycle.
